The feed pellet machine production line consists of a mixer, a spiral elevator and a feed pellet machine.

There are many kinds of raw materials for feed pellets. The mixer mixes the raw materials evenly, and then opens the discharge port to discharge the materials into the spiral elevator.

The spiral elevator uses spiral blades to transport materials from bottom to top. The main components include spiral blades, bearings, motors, etc. The material enters the feed port of the spiral elevator from below and transports the material to the feed pellet machine.

The feed pellet machine is manufactured using a special process, and the mixed powdered feed is directly added to the hopper without heating, adding water or drying. After extrusion and puffing, the nutritional value and digestibility of the feed are improved, the quality of the feed pellets can be maintained for a long time, and by adjusting the mold specifications, livestock and poultry or aquatic pellet feed with a diameter of 2-12 mm can be produced. The cooler cools the produced feed and finally packages it. This production line is mainly suitable for small and medium-sized farmers to process and produce various livestock and poultry and aquatic pellet feeds.
